Responsibilities and Duties
  • Should be good in Numbers/Quotations/Formulas on MS Excel Spread Sheet
  • Good in follow-up, Problem solving Techniques
  • Highly Analytical.
  • Should be good at communication skills, Written and Verbal.
  • Support to sales team.
  • Data Comparison using unique algorithms on Spread Sheet.
  • Handling more than 2 clients and data for a center of 20 Sales Agents.
  • Analyzing and monitoring the financials of Business bank accounts.
  • Candidates having experience in sales and Automobile sector is preferable.
  • Coordinating with Vendors for Job activities
  • Point of contact between shipper/Consignee & Vendors
  • Preparing Daily Sales Reports

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  1. Min 1 years of experience in US Call Center / BPO
  2. Good Communication Skills
  3. Should have handled team in the past
  4. Should be a Graduate/MBA
  5. Age (doesn’t matter)
